Connect 2 Cleanrooms has always worked closely with our European partners and has mutually benefitted from our open borders so we were disappointed at the outcome of the Brexit referendum, as was most of the UK and European business world. Until we have a clearer picture from the UK government, Connect 2 Cleanrooms is unable to answer specific questions regarding the impact of Brexit, however we would like to assure our customers that we are taking steps to ensure we continue to provide the best possible service following any Brexit outcome.
Connect 2 Cleanrooms have considerable experience in exporting materials and goods worldwide including into many countries without trade deals. Our employees are provided with Export training and are knowledgeable in the processes and associated paperwork required to despatch products/goods around the world.
We have established an internal Brexit Solutions team which encompasses a breadth of knowledge, skill and experience from across our business, with the key objective of ensuring that the transition through and post Brexit is as smooth as possible, and that international trade continues as seamlessly as possible. We are working in collaboration with our distribution partners and suppliers to ensure that demand is fulfilled, and we are confident that we can mitigate any risk of disruption.
Further to this, Connect 2 Cleanrooms have an established BV registered arm of the business based in Utrecht, Netherlands (registration no./KVK 65763807) through which we can directly transact and supply all critical materials including filters, in the event of a no deal or hard Brexit. Project management and design services will continue from our UK site.
Our team are continuing to monitor the situation closely and are poised to react to any developments or changes as soon as more information becomes available. Once we have more clarity on the situation, updates to this statement will be published on our website.
